How do I transfer Superadmin Account (eAdmin)

Superadmin (eAdmin) is the main Administrator who can Allocate admin roles, Assign modules to users, Create / Deactivate employee accounts.


1. Go to eAdmin > Others

Select the person you would like to transfer to.

Click "Transfer Admin".

2. Key in your Password and make sure the user is selected as indicated in the screenshot below.

Click "Submit"

You have successfully transfer your Superadmin account. You will be able to access to "eAdmin" on the next time login.
