I am seeing the error ‘Index was outside the bounds of the array’ when I try to process a new payrun. How do I resolve this?

This seems like an isolated problem for Internet Explorer users. Try switching off compatibility mode when you are processing a payrun. Additionally, ensure that all fields are filled, except the ‘remarks’ field before clicking ‘Submit’.

If you are still unable to fill in some fields, try switching to another internet browser (i.e. Google Chrome) to process the payrun.

Tip: For the best user experience use Google Chrome
