How to edit staff’s information (particulars & pay details)?

Summary: 
- Edit Particulars (individually)
- Edit Particulars (in bulk)
- Edit Pay Information (individually)
- Edit Pay Information (in bulk) 

Edit Particulars (individually)
1. Navigate to ePayroll > Payroll Admin > Employee Pay Details.


2. Locate the staff to edit and click on the respective .


3. Do the necessary edits.


4. Click at the bottom of the page to save.

Edit Particulars (in bulk)

1. Navigate to ePayroll > Payroll Setup > Import New Users.


2. Under ‘Action Type’, select Update User Data.


3. Download the template under ‘Click here’. Do the necessary input of data. 


4. Once done, click to select the edited template then click ‘Submit’


5. Map the headers accordingly and click  at the bottom of the page.


6. Double check the headers and click to upload.


Edit Pay Information (individually)
1. Navigate to ePayroll > Payroll Admin > Employee Pay Details.


2. Locate the staff to edit and click on the respective .


3. Do the necessary edits.


4. Click at the bottom of the page to save.

Edit Pay Information (in bulk)
1. Navigate to ePayroll > Payroll Admin > Employee Pay Details.


2. Click to download a template.


3. Input the staff’s salary in the excel file. Once done, save the file in “.csv” format.

4. Click .


5. Select the edited template under and click .


6. Map the headers accordingly and click .


7. Double check the headers and click to upload.
