The eTimeclock administrator or the affected employee will be able to leave a remark on his or her absence in the system.
For administrators to put a comment,
Go to eTimeclock > Administration > Edit Clocktime
Select the affected employee's name and click 'Fetch'. Fill in the comments and click 'update'.
Employees can also comment on their clockins under My Timeclock > My Timesheet if they have access to it.
