I can't find the print/export button for reports in IE or it shows me 'Error: Fail to render the page.' Why?

There may be a formatting issue while processing the reports in IE. 

Kindly change the browser to the compatibility view.

To do this, go to Settings > Compatibility View Settings > Add the website 'justlogin.com'. 


After that, log in to the account again and try running the reports. You also need to enable pop-ups for 'justlogin.com' in order to print/export the files. For more help on unblocking pop-ups, click here.

We recommend that you switch to a new internet browser in order to avoid these compatibility issues.
