I am seeing the error ‘Index was outside the bounds of the array’ when I try to process a new payrun. How do I resolve this?

This seems to be a problem isolated to Internet Explorer only. Kindly try switching off compatibility mode when you are processing the payrun, and also check if other than the ‘remarks’ field, no other fields are left blank when you click ‘submit’. 

If you are still unable to fill in some fields, kindly switch to another internet browser to run the payrun.
