My employee works till late at night. When he wants to clock-out at around 12am, the system reflects the next day clock-in instead. Why is that so?

Go to eTimeclock > Timeclock Setup

Under 'Integration with Mobile Devices', ensure that the option ‘Clock-ins made X hours prior to standard clock-in time will still be considered as clock-in for previous day’ has a value greater than '0' there.

For example, if ‘2 hours’ is put in the option. If the normal working hours start from 0900, any clock in/out made before 0700 will be counted as for the previous day.
